How long will my order take?

We want your Glow Me goodies to arrive as quickly as possible! Here's what to expect:

All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed
  • Glow Me is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales events)

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal care items), Glow Me does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
