Shipping Policy

At Glow Me (byglowme.com), we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
  • During peak periods (sales events, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing and other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking numberand a link to track your order.

Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@byglowme.com


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Glow Me ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are:

  • Not included in your order total or shipping fee
  • The sole responsibility of the customer
  • Determined by your local customs authority and vary by country and order value

Glow Me has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns about potential import fees.

Please note: Customs delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund or cancellation once an order has been dispatched.


6. Delayed Orders

We understand how frustrating delays can be. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking number for the latest update
  2. Allow a few additional days as delays can occur during peak periods
  3. Contact us at hello@byglowme.com if your order is significantly overdue

An order is considered lost in transit if it has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no movement or update. In this case, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Glow Me is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@byglowme.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


8. Damaged Orders in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item
  2. Do not discard the packaging
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@byglowme.com

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, if you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


11. Force Majeure

Glow Me is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather events
  • Postal or carrier strikes
  • Customs delays or government restrictions
  • Global events affecting international logistics (pandemics, conflicts, etc.)

12. EU Customers β€” Additional Rights

If you are located in a European Union member state, you may have additional statutory rights under EU consumer protection regulations regarding delivery timeframes and remedies for non-delivery.
